| Induction Sessions are for those new to Krav Maga. They last 2 ½ hours, and are just £15 per person . These sessions provide an introduction to the Krav Maga system as well as the basic skills to enable participation in the Regular Group Classes. Once you have completed an Induction you will be able to join the Group Classes. Contact us for more details and to book your place. Numbers are limited. | ||
| The Group Classes are suitable for adult (16+) men and women. These classes are utilised to teach the basic Krav Maga syllabus as well as appropriate elements from other combat systems. Students learn how to defend themselves in a variety of situations. All techniques are tested under pressure in order that they become ingrained and that students acclimatise to the inevitable mental and physical stress of real life violent and aggressive situations. The membership structure and payment method at Krav Maga –
Nottingham is specifically designed to enable the highest quality
of training and instruction for all students. The monthly training
fee of £40 allows the club member to attend as many of the classes
as he or she wishes. |
